This extrusion was developed and continues to be used as a
vacuum frame seal. Vacuum frames convert platen presses into
vacuum presses. The Large seal is also preferred by some customers
for their vacuum bagging system.

Series, Right Triangle (90°) Fairing Bar Extrusion
Fairing bar provides a bridge across deep draws and sharp
inside radii that might overstress plastic film and elastomeric
vacuum bags. It can be cut, mitered, and bonded to fit most
situations. Works great as a border for laminate panels to
reduce pressure around the perimeter.
